Ever since I was a child, people all over Drunen in Brabant would say, ‘Linda’s got this...’ You know how some people naturally take on the director’s role? I’m a prime example of that.
When I started my career in the creative industry, I often remembered those days when I organized parties and staged little plays. Because even at employers, I noticed a desperate need for organizational talent. For someone who gets things done.
After gaining experience in various roles, I decided to focus on my greatest strengths: organizing, managing, and driving initiatives. It wasn’t long before companies recognized and hired these specific services. A company was born.

In 2014, I began my journey as a freelance project manager. I approached various creatives with a simple offer: I would handle the project management aspects, allowing them to focus on their passion—creating beautiful things.
Gedurende de afgelopen jaren ben ik vaak ingehuurd bij Digital agencies waardoor ik in aanraking kwam met Agile en Scrum. Wat een verademing! Eindelijk een framework waarmee ik mijn projecten beter kon managen, het team beter kon faciliteren en de klant op de juiste manier kon betrekken bij het team.
My passion for process optimization and team coaching has grown so much that I’ve let go of managing projects and now focus on coaching organizations to establish smooth workflows and build strong teams. Examples of this are my assignments at Booking.com, Ahold Delhaize, De Volksbank, Hallmark, PON Automotive (Škoda Netherlands and VW Commercial Vehicles), and various digital agencies.
